Marketing Operations Manager
Job Overview
Bridge is hiring a Marketing Operations Manager to strengthen execution, visibility, and consistency across our marketing function. This role focuses on turning strategic direction into reliable delivery, supporting internal teams, and ensuring marketing execution aligns with our SaaS growth objectives.
This is a hands-on role for someone with prior B2B SaaS experience who enjoys building structure, cadence, and momentum in a growing organization. The ideal candidate has strong familiarity with the U.S. healthcare system and prior experience supporting US-based healthcare customers.
You’ll operate at the center of marketing execution, partnering closely with leadership, sales, and an external agency. This role has real ownership: you’re trusted to turn direction into action, keep momentum high, and create a steady execution rhythm that others can rely on.
This role is 100% remote, contractor basis. Candidates can be based in LATAM, Europe and/or US Canada.
Key Responsibilities
Run marketing execution end-to-end:
- Turn monthly priorities into clear weekly execution plans across digital and outbound channels
- Keep marketing moving by managing timelines, dependencies, and day-to-day execution
- Ensure work is delivered on time, and aligned with the company strategy and objectives
Lead the internal Marketing team
- Own prioritization and workload management for the internal marketing tea
- Support the team with direction, feedback, and structure so output stays high and predictable
Operate across core channels
- You’ll oversee execution across a broad, hands-on channel mix, including:
- Website updates, landing pages, and conversion improvements
- Campaign-based blog content and supporting assets
- Social media publishing and community engagement
- Online reputation management
- Outbound execution (LinkedIn, email, newsletters, list management)
- SEO, AIO, and PPC implementation (with agency support)
Own funnel visibility, reporting, and continuous optimization
- Maintain clear visibility into lead flow, volume, and quality
- Establish and enforce a weekly and monthly reporting rhythm
- Turn performance data into insights, decisions, and iteration
Be the operational bridge
- Act as the day-to-day operational partner to an external marketing agency
- Translate strategy into execution plans the internal team can run with
- Align marketing execution with sales and leadership priorities
What we are looking for:
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS or healthcare services marketing, preferably in an execution-heavy or marketing operations role
- Strong familiarity with the U.S. healthcare system and healthcare consumers
- Experience managing projects, timelines, and cross-functional work, with the ability to translate strategy into execution
- Experience managing, writing and approving content
- Experience managing contractors and/or staff
- Experience operating across multiple marketing channels
- Highly organized and comfortable owning multiple initiatives in parallel
- Data-aware and focused on outcomes with particular experience with marketing reporting
- Available to work primarily US Eastern Time work hours
