We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team. In this fully remote role, you’ll report directly to the Owner and CEO and play a key part in supporting our sales operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day processes, and delivering outstanding customer service. This position is perfect for someone with a passion for design, furniture, and sales—paired with strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the owner and sales team by responding to client inquiries, providing product information, and assisting customers throughout the purchasing process

  • Manage and coordinate client orders, ensuring timely delivery and a smooth post-sale experience

  • Maintain and update client records, follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and support CRM efforts

  • Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions, events, and social media campaigns

  • Process sales transactions and maintain accurate documentation of customer purchases

  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and client-facing presentations

  • Provide general administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and organizing sales materials

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both (fluency in English is essential, as our clients are U.S.-based)

  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles (experience in furniture, design, or luxury goods is a plus)

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional, client-first mindset

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

  • Capable of working independently while also being a collaborative team player

  • A genuine interest in interior design, furniture, and the luxury market

  • Positive, reliable, and eager to learn and grow within the role
