Sales and Admin Assistant
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team. In this fully remote role, you’ll report directly to the Owner and CEO and play a key part in supporting our sales operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day processes, and delivering outstanding customer service. This position is perfect for someone with a passion for design, furniture, and sales—paired with strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the owner and sales team by responding to client inquiries, providing product information, and assisting customers throughout the purchasing process
Manage and coordinate client orders, ensuring timely delivery and a smooth post-sale experience
Maintain and update client records, follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and support CRM efforts
Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions, events, and social media campaigns
Process sales transactions and maintain accurate documentation of customer purchases
Prepare quotes, proposals, and client-facing presentations
Provide general administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and organizing sales materials
Qualifications & Skills:
Bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both (fluency in English is essential, as our clients are U.S.-based)
Prior experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles (experience in furniture, design, or luxury goods is a plus)
Strong interpersonal skills with a professional, client-first mindset
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Capable of working independently while also being a collaborative team player
A genuine interest in interior design, furniture, and the luxury market
Positive, reliable, and eager to learn and grow within the role
