We are seeking a talented Freelance Web Designer to join our team on a project basis. In this role, you will collaborate with both our internal teams to design cutting-edge, responsive websites and mobile applications. A significant portion of your work will involve supporting internal initiatives to enhance our brand and product offerings, as well as delivering exceptional design solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for delivering clean, modern designs that align with best practices in UX/UI and web design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design visually engaging and responsive websites with a focus on user experience and functionality
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts
- Work with developers to ensure designs are implemented effectively into high-quality, functional websites and apps
- Optimize design elements to improve user engagement and website performance
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously elevate design standards
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a web designer, with a portfolio demonstrating responsive design, UX/UI skills, and previous website or app projects
- Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
- Knowledge of front-end design considerations (basic HTML/CSS skills are a plus)
- Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms is a strong advantage
- Excellent understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and grid systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver functional, user-centric designs that meet client requirements
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a remote setting, adhering to tight deadlines
- Experience in healthcare-related design projects is a plus, but not mandatory
- Upper-intermediate or higher proficiency in English, both written and spoken
