Production Manager
With over two decades of experience in the furniture industry, we specialize in carpentry with a focus on solid wood. Our global presence includes a studio showroom in New York and a dedicated team of artisans at our workshop in Buenos Aires.

Our artisans are masters of diverse materials, including bronze, fiberglass, steel, leather, marble, and more. We are currently looking for a Production Manager to oversee and optimize our manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with experience in high-end furniture production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and innovation in our workshop.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire production process, from initial design to final assembly, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and timely delivery.
- Collaborate closely with designers, artisans, and suppliers to ensure feasibility, functionality, and material sourcing for projects
- Implement and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship
- Monitor quality control measures to ensure finished products meet company and client specifications
- Identify and resolve production challenges, proposing solutions to enhance productivity and minimize waste
- Develop and manage production schedules, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project deadlines
- Manage inventory, sourcing, and procurement of raw materials, tools, and equipment
- Contribute to budget planning and cost control efforts to maintain profitability
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or a related field.
- Previous experience in furniture design, with a focus on solid wood preferred.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Rhinoceros, SolidWorks, and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Positive leadership qualities with experience managing work teams.
Location and Hours:
- Location: José León Suarez, San Martin Party, Buenos Aires.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
